Kermit was having a freak out about going to the underworld with Ally. He was going to ask Lord of the Underworld for his blessing to be apart of Lilly's life. Kermit was one of those guys... The guilt had started to bug him, hanging out with a girl, and beginning to think seriously about her with out her Fathers permission was just wrong in Kermit's world.
And especially when he was son of Zeus, and Lilly was daughter of Hades. He didn't know how that would go down. He could talk to Zeus, he could deal with that. But Hades? He wasn't taking any chances with him. Kermit was dressed in a suit. Long button up white dress shirt, with black suit coat, and pants, along with fancy ass dress shoes, well polished. Kermit figured it couldn't hurt his case to dress nicely.
He'd practiced in the mirror so he wouldn't look like a fool when talking. He'd gotten his 'business' face down to a science. He stood in front of the full length mirror looking at himself to make sure he still looked presentable. His hair was neatly combed, slightly to the side. God, he knew that was setting him self up for SOME comment but, hey, he needed to see. He took a final breath and walked out of Zeus cabin. "Ally?" he called, hands in coat pockets.

Of all the insane things she had done, this would be at the top of the list. Why would she, the one person who preferred to look in of everything and not be apart of it, agree to take the egotistical son of Zeus to see her grandfather Hades. Sure it might be a good laugh. It was times like these she wished she could control her visions. Being able to see this before hand would have given her a better judgment of the matter. She knew that going to the camp might be a bad idea. Now she was going and getting herself into situations that she could avoid. She did just that with the Titan thing, but then again she did see it working out in the end. Just one night, that was what she was telling herself. Just one night.
Ally walked over to the Zeus cabin to see Kermit all dressed up for the occasion. "Well don't you look...strapping" She teased holding back a laugh. Ally always dress in something nice like a dress or a skirt. It was just how she was, old fashioned and the sword she carried on her side wasn't a normal accessory but was necessary for the underworld. One never knew what could happen going there or even being there. Also if she was to leave the camp or whatever she always had a weapon on her side.
She tossed Kermit two gold coins. and motioned for him to follow her. They were going to head for the woods and then to the Underworld. The only thing good about this whole thing was that she was going to see her brother and her grandfather. At least there was little to no bad blood with her and her family but that might change after tonight. She did not know how Hades would react to her bring the son of Zeus to meet him. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

Kermit would have said something back, but he had his mind set to act like a gentleman. He smiled slightly and gave a nod. He caught the two coins, and dropped them in his coat pockets to make sure they wouldn't be lost. He followed Ally into the woods, and stood with her. He took the coins out, and looked down at them in his pale palms. After a few seconds, he looked back up at Ally. "Thanks for doing this Ally... I really appreciate it." he said, and smiled a little again. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes, and said a tiny prayer to his Father. He was in fact leaving his jurisdiction, but it couldn't hurt. He opened his eyes once more and looked at Ally. "Am i crazy for doing this?"

The walk to the forest was a quiet one and Ally was thankful for that. It gave her time to think. Night had just fallen. Since it was winter that meant that they had time before they needed to head back. She hated using her powers during the day even if it was just at first light. Her powers worked best at night and she had never traveled with anyone else during the day. There was no telling what would happen. She stopped, they were far enough into the woods for her to feel safe about it. Thanks for doing this Ally... I really appreciate it. She did not comment on that. She was still trying to figure out what had possessed her to go thought with this.
Am i crazy for doing this? This time she looked directly at the boy. "Yes! You can't even call that a question. Look we are on limited time. We have to be back before the sun rises. We will be there in no time just make sure you pay the boatman the moment we get there" She sighed after giving the instructions. It was only a moment before they were surrounded in complete darkness and the next moment they were at the entrance to the underworld.
For the first time that night Ally smiled. Charon had just pulled up waiting to take the two young travelers to Hades. She boarded the boat, giving her brother a hug in the process. She then looked over to Kermit, motioning him to pay then get it. She knew that this was going to be a really long but interesting night. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

He took a seat on one of the benches on the side of the boat. He put his hands in his lap as he looked at Ally. He gave her a smile. “When I leave this place, I’m, going to be the happiest man alive.” He chuckled, bowing his head and shaking it. “Well, I’ll be alive and happy, which is more than I can say for most of the people down here.” He said looking up and grinning. The boat finally hit ‘land’ and Kermit’s face went clear, empty of any emotion. He had gotten the last of his happy-go-luckiness out joking with Ally. Now, he was a man on a mission. He stood, thanked the boat man, and stepped off the boat. He walked a few feet till two giant doors stared him down. He knocked, and waited to be invited in… Or be put into a human shredder, whichever came first really.

Ally would have to admit she did miss going to the underworld. Not that she went often but the couple of times she did go were nice. It might just be her and her non caring of humans that drives her to be around immortals. She didn't hate humans but she never got along with then very well. When I leave this place, I’m, going to be the happiest man alive. Well, I’ll be alive and happy, which is more than I can say for most of the people down here. She rolled her eyes at his joking. "Just hope to get out alive. If it wasn't for you being with Lily we wouldn't be here" She stated simply. And it was true, she would never get involved like this but Lily was her first friend in the camp so yeah, she felt the need to help out in that case.
The boat landed and she thanked her brother and let him know that they would need a ride back. Her brother wasn't too happy about that but agreed to it anyway. She was good to her family and it was hard to not say yes to her. She watched as Kermit knocked on the door. She shook her head and walked next to him. She pushed on one of the doors and walked through the opening. "You need to be a bit more forward" She stated not looking at Kermit. She walked through one of the hallways to another set of doors. She opened them to the thrown room. It was dark which she like.
"Grandfather? I don't mean to intrude with a visitor, you know I hate getting involved. However if I didn't bring him you wouldn't like who he would have had bring him down here. So I apologize early" Her voice was loud but not to loud. She knew Hades would be there soon. She looked to Kermit and whispered "We are on a limited time here so when I say it is time to leave, we leave or you will be stuck here" her voice was harsh but she wanted to be back at camp before the sun started to make its way over the horizon. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •

It wasn’t often that the living came into the Underworld, but it happened. The furies had warned Hades of the imminent approach of life into his realm, and while he had been curious, he hadn’t been in any particular haste to deal with it. It wasn’t like they could get back to the land of the living without his cooperation.
He finished his duties as overseer of the Underworld, Allya’s words coming to his godly ears.
"Grandfather? I don't mean to intrude with a visitor, you know I hate getting involved. However if I didn't bring him you wouldn't like who he would have had bring him down here. So I apologize early"
Hades had met his granddaughter on several occasions, and for the most part, she was exactly what he felt a demigod should be- polite, non-troublesome, and respectful. While he had no problem with her stopping in for a visit, he did not like the sound of this “visitor” of hers, but for Allya, he’d at least hear him out before summoning the furies to deal with him.
"We are on a limited time here so when I say it is time to leave, we leave or you will be stuck here"
“Granddaughter,” Hades said, materializing onto his throne from the shadows. His dark eyes fell on the boy with her, his lip curling with displeasure. What was a son of Zeus doing here? What had made Allya think that was acceptable? “Welcome, Son of Zeus,” he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. The way he was staring at his nephew was neither friendly nor welcoming at all- very much like a starving cat eyeing a lame mouse. “To whatever do I owe this honor?”

The moment Hades appeared in his throne, Kermit felt as though he had already failed. He was doomed from the start, oh how could he not see this before? His eyes were like those of a deer trapped in head lights, while his body begged his mind to let him crumble down at Hades feet and beg for not such a horrid prison cell, and to go ahead and rip his teeth and hair out, just to get it over with. The only reason he was still standing, was the thought of Lilly. That’s why he was hear, he was here to ask permission to be with her.
Now Kermit was no stranger to Fathers, many a time he had come to ‘meet the parents’ and had Fathers sharpen knives, or clean their various collections of riffles, or shot guns. Kermit however, had no experience with Godly Fathers, especially one that would strike him dead just to get a small chuckle.
Kermit forced himself to blink. “U-uncle...” Gods why did he say that!? Death, death was going to be his punishment. Kermit knew there was no going back, no return from hear. He took a few steps towards Hades, till he was about 2 feet from the throne of the God of Death.
Kermit bowed down to Hades, bending down on one knee, as if purposing to the God. He closed his eyes, and bowed his dirty blonde head. “Lord Hades…I… Your daughter Lilly.” He paused, squeezing his eyes shut tighter. “With your blessing… I’d like to…” Kermit stopped, and finally, was done with this stuttering, done with this fear. If Hades planned to kill him, then there was nothing he could do.
Kermit took in a deep breath, and stood up, starring the dark God in the eyes. “I have come here to ask your blessing to associate with your daughter Lilly.” Kermit shot the lighting bolts from his wrists. “I’ll do whatever it takes to convince you. I’ll die for her.” Kermit felt that rush of adrenaline run through his veins, but also the fear pounding in the sole of his shoes.

Of all the gods and goddess she had met, Hades was by far the most impressive when entering a room. She had way more respect for Hades than Zeus. She wasn't sure about Poseidon since she never met the god. One did not mess or anger Hades. He controlled the very world that was out of reach to most mortals but was the inevitable fate for almost all mortals. Ally knew that people dreamed of immortal life or to be among the gods in Olympus but she had a different desire. She would rather be sent to Tartarus to be with her family and have the ability to travel back to the underworld to see Hades. She had never spoken of such desire to anyone knowing that it was one of the most feared places in the mind of most mortals.
She bowed her head in respect to her Grandfather and gave him a look, silently apologizing and saying she did not like the situation either. Allya stayed by the door watching the whole scene. She did fell slightly sorry for Kermit but that was gone quickly. He knew the dangers of coming here but did not think it through enough to act intelligently on the matter. She was not surprised with the tone Hades used, and she had know what the subject was about just not how it would be spoken.
The boy was so blunt and it was easy to tell he was frightened at first. Who could blame him. The first time she met Hades was when she was going to see her mother for the first time. Her father had brought her and well her dad did not get along with Hades but it wasn't bad, just not the best father son relationship. She was frightened for a moment. But that fear was replaced with respect almost in an instant. However, with what Kermit had said she wasn't sure whether or not to go up and hit him on the back of his head, run him through with her blade, or just wait and see.
Allya had to hold back a laugh as she listened. She knew it was about Lily and she did like Lily but she knew Hades did not. This was a pointless trip but the son of Zeus was stubborn. She wished she had seen the outcome for this meeting then she would better be able to determine what to do. She felt a bit useless. This was why she hated getting involved. Watching everything and seeing it before it happened was fine. Getting involved felt wrong. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
